Denture Partials
A removable partial denture is an optimal solution for patients who may be missing one or more teeth in a particular area of their mouth. Removable partial dentures are attached to a gum-colored base which may have a metal framework that helps to hold it in place against the surrounding teeth. These dentures serve to replace missing teeth, restore functionality, and generally improve oral health. When a tooth is lost, and the gap isn’t immediately filled, it can lead to the neighboring teeth to shift; this can create a significant change in your bite and can even cause long-term damage to your gums and jaw bone.
To begin treatment, we will determine if removable partial dentures are the best option for you. Factors such as oral hygiene, the location of the missing tooth gap(s), bone strength, and long-term viability for dentures all determine your treatment plan. Our team will start by taking dental impressions of your teeth which will serve as the mold used to create your dentures. Next, we will review the size, shape, and coloring of each replacement tooth to recreate your natural smile. Once these are determined, we send the molds to a dental lab which creates a mock-up partial denture for you.
During a fitting appointment with our team, we will have you test out the mock-ups to check how they fit, look, and feel in your mouth. This is the time you and our team will make adjustments to the fit or color of the teeth before sending the mock-ups back to the lab for alterations. Remember, your absolute honesty is needed as your feedback shapes the final removable partial denture you will be receiving. Once the final changes have been made to the mock-up, the lab will custom build your dentures. After we receive the final design, your last fitting session will be to make small adjustments for comfort, bite, or fit which can all be made in-house by our team.
Implant Retain Dentures
While traditional dentures rest above the gum, implant-retained dentures snap onto posts implanted directly into your jawbone. Implant retained dentures are almost always the best option for restoring your smile. You can chew all the foods you want, avoid messy adhesives, and speak more clearly. Plus, the dental implants help to delay additional bone loss, that combats the premature aging we often see with tooth loss. The result is a secure denture that stays in place. No concerns about your teeth coming out when you cough, sneeze or through up. The next best thing to natural teeth.

Here at BridgeView Denture Specialist, we are proud to offer sports mouth guards to our patients.
As denturists, we are determined to make sure your mouth and teeth are well protected during sports activities, no matter what your passion is. To do this, we offer many different types of mouth guards, depending on the types of activities in which you are involved. There are some mouth guards for low-impact sports and others for high-impact sports.
Mouth guards not only protect your mouth and teeth, but also have other purposes. Mouth guards will help decrease the impact if you get hit in the jaw. They have also been shown to increase an athlete’s performance.
Many people clench their teeth while playing, which can give them temporomandibular joint syndrome (TMJ). Clenching your jaw the whole time can be quite exhausting. Mouth guards help to relax your jaw, allowing you to completely focus on the game!
Feel free to contact us at (541) 265-8176 if you have any questions about sports mouth guards.

At BridgeView Denture Specialist, we understand the importance of protecting your oral health, not only during the day but also while you sleep. That’s why we proudly offer night guards to safeguard your teeth and gums during the night.
Night guards serve a crucial role in preventing teeth grinding and clenching, medically known as bruxism. This common condition can lead to various dental issues, including tooth wear, jaw pain, headaches, and even fractures. Our custom-fit night guards provide a comfortable barrier between your upper and lower teeth, effectively reducing the harmful effects of bruxism.
Our experienced denturists tailor each night guard to fit your unique mouth structure, ensuring optimal comfort and protection throughout the night. Whether you’re dealing with occasional teeth grinding or chronic bruxism, we have the solution to help you wake up refreshed and free from dental discomfort.
Relining
At BridgeView Denture Specialist, we’re committed to ensuring your dentures fit seamlessly, providing both comfort and confidence. Denture relines are essential as your jaw and gum structure naturally change over time. Our expert denturists offer two primary types of relines to address your needs.
Temporary hard relines offer immediate stability, typically lasting up to six months. They utilize an acrylic material that self-hardens upon application, providing quick relief. Alternatively, permanent hard relines provide long-lasting comfort, crafted from durable acrylic resin in our dental lab. With proper care, these relines can endure up to five years, ensuring sustained confidence in your smile.
Whether you’re seeking immediate relief or a long-term solution, our team is here to provide personalized care tailored to your needs. Don’t let discomfort compromise your smile – schedule your consultation today and experience the difference at BridgeView Denture Specialist.
